Order Cancellation

Before Order is Prepared:

  • Cancel anytime through the app for a full refund
  • Refund processed within 1-2 business days

After Order is Being Prepared:

  • Cancellation may not be possible
  • Contact support for assistance

After Order is Dispatched:

  • Cancellation not available
  • You may refuse delivery (restocking fee may apply)

Refunds

Eligible for Refund:

  • Wrong items delivered
  • Damaged or spoiled products
  • Missing items from order
  • Quality issues reported within 24 hours

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Items marked "non-returnable"
  • Perishables accepted at delivery
  • Orders older than 24 hours

How to Request

  1. Open Karayo app
  2. Go to Orders → Select Order
  3. Tap "Report Issue" or "Request Refund"
  4. Provide photos if applicable
  5. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours
