- Cancel anytime through the app for a full refund
- Refund processed within 1-2 business days
After Order is Being Prepared:
- Cancellation may not be possible
- Contact support for assistance
After Order is Dispatched:
- Cancellation not available
- You may refuse delivery (restocking fee may apply)
Refunds
Eligible for Refund:
- Damaged or spoiled products
- Quality issues reported within 24 hours
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items marked "non-returnable"
- Perishables accepted at delivery
- Orders older than 24 hours
